The owner, Mark Gray, has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry and oversees the daily operations. In addition to the numerous years of experience all of our adjusters have, we bring a diversity of experience and backgrounds, all contributing to the strength of our organization. We have a strong "hands on" background in a variety of fields including construction, plumbing, HVAC, auto body and heavy truck repair, as well as, the coverage and legal interpretations routinely required in the claims business.
